JVIR
2015 - 2016 Season Auditions: Saturday, September 12th @ 2pm
Junior Visions In Rhythm is a company designed to train our younger dancers (8-12 years old) in all styles of movement, learn choreography from guest and resident teachers and prepare them for auditions into Visions In Rhythm, Tapestry's pre-apprentice program.
The students will be required to take 3 classes a week in dance technique. JVIR dancers will also take a required class on Saturdays and their rehearsals will follow. Caitlin McGee, formerly with Broadway Dance Center in New York, will be directing the junior company and will be working closely with Siobhan Cook, director of VIR, and Deirdre Strand, the Director of Education.
